Chinook Field Services personnel specialize in on-site customer support, including full service, supervision and training, quality assurance as manufacturer’s reps, project planning site walk-downs and project review and phone support for your quoting or planning process.
Lubrication Services
Chinook Field Services personnel are factory trained and fully experienced. We specialize in on-site service of Automated Lubrication Systems for oil and grease. Fully equipped service trucks with portable testing equipment and parts cribs allow us to provide complete on-site installation and repair capacity.
Lubrication Survey – Chinook’s on-site Lubrication Equipment Survey will review and identify all Compressor Lubrication Equipment at your location and calculate correct lubrication rates. We will ensure that equipment is properly configured, accurate lube requirements noted, and provide recommendations for Preventative Maintenance.
Lubrication Preventive Maintenance – Lube PM Program offers a simple and effective way to optimize your lubrication equipment for efficient operation, including:
- Lube PM starts with lube rate calculations and recommendations.
- Equipment configuration is confirmed, and divider valve blocks, and lube equipment tested before returning to operation, ensuring that your equipment is available for service when you need it.
Correct settings and equipment design will optimize your spending on oil purchases and reduce your operator’s time—and save you money. Lubrication system schematics are provided with complete bill of materials on completed lubrication system PMs.
Grouting Services
Chinook’s extensive expertise in product selection and installation, foundation design, and on-site service means we can help you to ensure trouble-free project execution—on time and on budget.
- Full service, on-site installation from concrete prep, to form building, to mixing, and placement and clean-up.
- On-site supervision of mixing and placement.
- On-site Manufacturer’s Representative for Quality Assurance purposes.

The Sandwich Cooler Commitment
When Chinook began, our intention was to establish new, distinctive standards for sales companies working with the markets we supply. Back then we were the first sales company to call on individual Gas Gathering and Compression Plants. These plants are for the most part remote and even today with 4-wheel drive vehicles, difficult to get to.
In 1965 this meant that our founder, Bob Bracko left each Sunday with a cooler full of sandwiches and a sleeping bag, travelling to meet the mechanics that worked in the plants. Sleeping in his car and washing up at gas stations he accomplished his objective of getting to know our customers’ problems, which we then set out to solve. This tradition of customer service continues today. Chinook has qualified Customer Service reps available to support you 24/7.
Chinook builds long-term relationships with customers. We develop a ‘Contract of Trust’ that allows the Chinook Salesman to function more like an independent businessman.
Chinook Salesmen know that their relationship with the customer is respected by their co-workers inside the shop and office and this means that if you get a call on the weekend; you know your customer will be taken care of.
