Innovative Processes
- Grout Installation ITP’s and Project Data Sheets ensure that your grouting project has been executed to our grouting best practices guidelines. Backup documentation for each project ensures your equipment record of work is accessible and accurate.
- Lubrication Surveys provide a record of lubrication equipment installed on your unit with calculations completed to ensure correct volume of lubrication is recorded to each delivery point.
- Lubrication Schematics complement the Lubrication Survey to offer a quick reference for all system components and settings that service your equipment. This listing includes a detailed bill of materials to ensure accurate replacement part orders.
- The Compressor Valve Survey is Chinook’s way of ensuring your compressor is operating at best capacity. As the first step to fine tuning your compressor valves, we can ensure consistent gas flow and the best service life. Revisions to the compressor valve survey ensure an accurate, detailed account of any compressor valve setup changes. This documentation also allows for records on material trials and specific customer standing instructions. Combined with serialization of all Chinook manufactured and reconditioned compressor valves we can ensure effective operation of your equipment.
